Brenda Lucas Ogdon ( 1935 ) was born in Hyde, England. She married renowned pianist John Ogdon in 1960. The two performed and recorded many works for two pianos from composers such as Rachmaninov, Arensky, Khachaturian and Mendelssohn. After her husband's death she formed a foundation in his name and since has recorded works by Bach, Ravel and her husband.
