Fritz Pauer ( 1943 - 2012 ) was born in Vienna, Austria. He was a jazz pianist and composer. He taught at the Vienna Municipal Conservatory. He is best known in the classical world for his compositions, arrangements and collaborations with the renowned pianist Friedrich Gulda.
