Christoph Eschenbach ( 1940 ) was born in Breslau, Germany. He has a classical era based repetoire which includes sonatas by Beethoven, Haydn and the complete sonatas by Mozart. He also recorded a significant amount of Schumann Lieder and works for Four Hands by Mozart and Schubert with Justin Franz. He has since shifted his career focus as a conductor.
