Cécile Staub Genhart ( 1898 - 1983 ) was born in Basel, Switzerland. She studied at the Zurich Conservatory with Volkmar Andreae and subsequently with renowned pianists Eugen d'Albert and Edwin Fischer. Her recordings include works by Beethoven, Chopin and Godowsky.
