Richard Goode ( 1943 ) was born in East Bronx, New York. He studied at the Mannes College. He subsequently studied with Rudolf Serkin and Mieczyslaw Horszowski at the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia. His recordings include Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and Schumann.
