Béla Bartók ( 1881 - 1945 ) was a Hungarian composer. Bartók wrote several compositions for solo piano, but aside from his Hungarian Peasant Songs and Sonatina, not many are performed often. His three piano concertos however, especially the 2nd in G, continue to dazzle audiences.
