Mikhaïl Faerman ( 1955 ) was born in Bălți, Soviet Union. He studied at the Moscow conservatory with Yakov Flier. in 1975 he won the first prize at the Queen Elisabeth competition. His recording include works by Beethoven Chopin and Tchaikovsky.
