Frédéric Meinders ( 1946 ) was born in the Hague, Netherlands. He would go on to study at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. He won the International Scriabin competition which gave his name prominence. His discography includes works by Liszt, Ravel, and several of his own transcriptions.
