Mihaela Ursuleasa ( 1978 - 2012 ) was born in Brasov, Romania. She studied in Berlin and then winning the 1995 Clar Haskil competition gave her name prominence. In a short time span she recorded works by Ravel, Brahms and Mozart before passing away at the mere age of 33.
