Jeremy Denk ( 1970 ) was born in Durham, North Carolina. He studied at Oberlin College and subsequently at the Indiana University with renowned pianist Gyorgy Sebok. Under various labels he has recorded many albums and composers that include Bach, Beethoven, Ligeti and Ives.
