Paul Lewis ( 1972 ) was born in Liverpool, England. He studied with renowned pianist Alfred Brendel. He recorded a well respected Beethoven piano cycle and continues to be a regular performer at Wigmore Hall. He has also recorded works by Schubert, Liszt and Weber.
