David Dubal ( 1944 ) was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied at Julliard School of Music. He was an acclaimed author and promoter of fellow pianists such as Arrau, Horowitz and Perahia. His recordings include Khachaturian, Schubert and Satie.
