Léon Roques ( 1839 - 1923 ) was a French composer. He is best known for transcribing works by Debussy and Ravel for Violin and Piano. Included in this and most known is his transcription of Debussy's La plus que lente which was performed by the renowned violinist Jascha Heifetz.
